Shrimp Skewers over Rice - grilled shrimp skewers served on a bed of rice with broccoli florets.

Grilled Salmon - A grilled salmon filet with your choice of seasoning served with on a bed of rice.

Beef Puffy Tacos - A different take on beef tacos.  Take a soft flour tortilla shell and deep fry it which makes air pockets puff up.  Fill it with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese and you've got a puffy taco.  Served with a side order of Spanish rice.

BBQ Pork Steak - Summer is almost over, it's St. Louis, so we've gotta have BBQ pork steak.  We'll serve that with your choice potato salad and baked beans.

Cowboy Burger - Our huge burger patty, grilled the way you like it and tossed in BBQ sauce, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon & a fried onion ring.  Comes with choice of side.

Chicken Burrito - A warm flour tortilla stuffed with chicken breast, rice and beans and topped with queso sauce.  Served with a side of tortilla chips and salsa.
