Cajun Crab Fettuccine - A bowl of our fettuccine tossed in our house Alfredo cream sauce loaded with plump chunks of crab meat and dusted with our house Cajun seasoning. That comes with a warm buttered dinner roll.

Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla - We're combining East coast and Tex Mex, a toasted flour tortilla stuffed with grilled steak plus sauteed green peppers, mushrooms and onions all swarmed in melted provel cheese.  Served with a salad of lettuce and diced tomato and onion.
