Philly Cheese Steak Quesadilla – We’re combining East coast and Tex Mex, a toasted flour tortilla stuffed with grilled steak plus sauteed green peppers, mushrooms and onions all swarmed in melted provel cheese.  Served with a salad of lettuce and diced tomato and onion.
